The aim of this work is to make the young acquainted with the knowledge of the P.D.O. food specialities and of the nutrients that are contained in them, thanks to a play game that uses the playing cards. The way we intend to follow has its basis on the “quality”, which is a mark of the products indicated with the protected designation of origin (P.D.O.). Each product- character will have therefore characteristiques that make it unique.
